The welding station consists of a Z-shaped guide rail, positioning rollers, and upper and lower rollers. The barrel body is pushed along the Z-shaped guide rail by a pneumatic claw push rod between the upper and lower rollers. The barrel body gradually approaches the positioning grooves on both sides of the Z-shaped guide rail, and the edges on both sides of the barrel body gradually come closer. When the barrel body leaves the guide rail and enters the upper and lower rollers, the two sides of the barrel body overlap smoothly, while relying on the "Z" - shaped guide rail to ensure that the overlapping part is aligned with the center of the rollers. The upper and lower rollers, as well as the outer diameter positioning rollers, are important parts for welding and stabilizing the position of the barrel body.
