Carbon Steel

Southmaq Machinery offers fiber laser cutting machines capable of cutting carbon steel plate with thickness up to 40mm. Incorporating high-performance fiber laser cutting technology helps users to achieve a very smooth cut edge.

Stainless steel

Fiber laser cutting machine developed by Southmaq Machinery can cut stainless steel plate up to 30mm in thickness, providing a burr-free cutting with positioning accuracy of ±0.05 mm/m. The metal laser cutter can be extensively used for sign making, fitness equipment production, furniture manufacturing, etc.

Aluminum alloy

Southmaq Machinery fiber laser cutting machines can be an ideal metal processing machine for cutting and forming of aluminum parts. We can provide sheet metal laser cutting machine with maximum speed of 150000mm/min, and tube laser cutting machine with maximum speed 110m/min, and up to 20mm in thickness.

Brass

16mm brass material is the maximum thickness could be processed by Southmaq Machinery fiber laser cutting machine. 12KW fiber laser cutter could cut 8mm brass sheet with 7 meters every minute, it could be your great assistant in processing different metal materials.

Acrylic

A 30 or 40-watt Epilog system will cut through up to one-quarter inch of acrylic. As you increase in wattage, you will be able to increase the thickness you can work with. A 50 or 60-watt machine will allow you to cut through closer to 3/8" of acrylic, and a 75 or 120-watt system will allow you to cut closer to 1/2" or possibly 3/4" with two passes.

Wood cutting and engraving are two of the most popular applications for the laser because they can encompass so many different projects. Whether you are working with hardwoods, veneers, inlays, mdf, plywood, walnut, alder, or cherry, you can engrave amazingly intricate images with a laser system.
