The spot welding machine system consists of three main parts: mechanical device, power supply device, and control device. In order to meet the requirements of welding technology, the spot welding machine adopts a double stroke fast pneumatic transmission mechanism for the pressurization mechanism (welding clamp). The opening degree of the welding clamp is changed by switching the stroke control handle, which can be divided into large opening and small opening to meet the welding operation requirements. The usual state is the short stroke opening of the welding tongs. When the control button is switched to the "energized" position, the handle switch is pulled to clamp and pressurize the welding tongs. At the same time, the current is restored to the short stroke opening state after completing one welding cycle under the control of the control system.
